My expertise lies with trauma and issues central to identity, particularly those navigating changes in their sexuality, spirituality, well-being, gender, or ethnicity. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults from a client-centered, insight-oriented, psychodynamic perspective. With a relational focus, I apply a strengths-based approach to empower individuals, build resilience, and foster positive well-being. I am also trained in EMDR (eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy). I firmly believe in the transformative power of healing through meaningful connections, collaborative efforts, and deep self-awareness.
