Psychological Assessment

Is this the right fit for you?

This is for you if you’ve spent years working hard to blend in, even when it may come at a personal cost.

  • Maybe you’ve masked so well that your family, friends, or coworkers would be surprised to know how much you’ve been struggling inside.

  • Maybe you’ve always relied on your intelligence to get through school or launch your career—but lately it feels like sheer willpower just isn’t enough.

  • Maybe you’ve become a pro at studying how others act, memorizing “scripts,” or carefully managing conversations so you can meet expectations.

  • Maybe you’ve long wondered if you might be ADHD, Autistic, or both, but you haven’t felt fully comfortable claiming those words without real, specialist insight.

If so, you deserve a space where your experiences are taken seriously, your differences are understood, and your strengths are honored. Dr. Painter is here to help you make sense of it all—with clarity, care, and respect for who you truly are.

  • Assessments range in price, depending on your specific needs. For a more tailored quote or to learn what might be most appropriate for your goals, schedule a free consultation call with Dr. Olivia Painter.

I provide personalized psychological assessments designed to offer meaningful insights and practical recommendations to support your overall well-being.

Each assessment is a collaborative process, tailored to your unique needs and goals. Whether you’re curious about your cognitive strengths and challenges, personality style, emotional health, behavior patterns, or how you navigate relationships, we’ll work together to identify the most important questions to explore. This ensures that the assessment truly focuses on what matters most to you.

The process typically includes three phases:

    • Initial Consultation & Intake– We’ll start with a conversation to understand what questions you hope to have answered during your assessment process and schedule your appointments. You’ll also complete some digital intake paperwork to help guide the process.

    • Testing & Data Gathering – This phase involves collecting objective and qualitative data in the form of interviews, standardized measures, symptom checklists, interactive tasks, and sometimes input from people who know you well. Together, these give a comprehensive picture of how you think, feel, and function.

    • Feedback & Recommendations – You’ll receive a personalized written report (usually around 20-30 pages) that summarizes your results in a clear, meaningful way. We’ll meet to discuss the findings, answer your questions, and explore tailored recommendations—whether that’s therapy, medication, coaching, self-help, or lifestyle changes.

By the end of the assessment, my goal is for you to have greater clarity and self-understanding, along with compassionate, practical next steps to support your life and well-being.
