Therapy

I personalize my therapeutic approach to fit the specific needs of each client. I employ an integrative style that draws from relational, psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and culturally competent frameworks. I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and an active engagement in the therapeutic process.

I provide online therapy for clients in the state of Washington and offer in-person sessions in Fremont, conveniently located for those in Seattle. My specialization lies in working with adolescents, young adults, and professionals with various mental health challenges and concerns.

What to Expect

  • A person holding a smartphone displaying a calendar app focused on July and August 2024, with a laptop in the background.

    Free 15-minute Consultation

I’m so glad we connected! During our brief call, I’ll ask you what brings you to therapy and what you’re looking for. Then, I’ll share with you a bit about my practice and answer any questions you may have.

  • A woman with glasses, wearing a black blouse with lace and polka dot details, working on a laptop at a dark wooden desk in a home or office setting.

    Intake Paperwork

I’ll send you your initial paperwork via the secure Client Portal to get to know you a bit better and inform you of the practice’s policies. From here we will schedule our first session together.

  • A woman in brown scrubs sitting on a green sofa having a conversation with another woman in a beige blazer on a light gray sofa in a cozy living room with wooden ceiling and lamps.

    First Session

To begin your therapeutic journey, we will meet for the first time either in-person in Seattle or virtually via telehealth anywhere in the state of Washington. You can expect for our first session to be 45-60 minutes in length.

  • A woman with blonde hair, wearing a cream-colored jacket, is standing in an office or home setting, holding and writing in a black notebook.

    Additional Sessions

In our weekly sessions, we’ll discuss, explore, and address your feelings together. I’ll often provide you with something to reflect on or to try between sessions, helping you to integrate and continue your progress outside the therapy room.
